Founded in 2015, RE-Invest America has been at the corenerstone of the area’s renaissance. We aspire to continue contributing to the economic rejuvenation of Greater Metro Las Vegas area & its neighborhoods.
Thom served in the United States Marine Corps for 13 years, both enlisted and as an officer, attaining the rank of Captain. After leaving the Marine Corps, post Desert Storm, Thom embarked upon his career in the business world. Thom rose rapidly to senior executive positions in F500 companies and was twice recognized as “Best in the Industry”. While financially rewarding, Thom felt the yearning to build his own business…one that benefitted people too. After attending a seminar hosted by Fortune Builders founder Than Merrill, Thom knew he found his calling. Thom also obtained a BA degree in Urban & Regional Planning from the State University of New York (SUNY) @ Albany.
The next two years, Thom deeply immersed himself into the Fortune Builders real estate investor training and launched RE-Invest America, LLC. In his second year, Thom also completed the Renatus real estate investor training. Having completed the industry’s two leading programs, it was time to get to work. There was more to learn by actually doing it!
Breandan has been with RE-Invest America since its founding in 2015. Working alongside Thorn, the two completed every step in the process together. Breandan’s primary responsibilities at that time were Property Acquisition and Rehab Quality Control. He has worked alongside our contractors to become personally and professionally knowledgeable about all aspects of the rehab process. In 2022, Breandan became the VP for the Atlanta office. Together they scout properties in both Las Vegas and Atlanta markets, and travel the country together evaluating other markets for possible expansion. Breandan earned his BS in Physics from Georgia Tech, graduating Summa Cum Laude.

Purchased a home from RE-Invest America
We bought our home from RE-Invest America. The price was fair, the location amazing, and they were the greatest to work with throughout. We actually toured the home before it was finished and knew we wanted it when it was ready. The renovation was simply amazing. Our daughter had fallen in love with a stuffed pink pony they used when staging the girl’s bedroom. Sold home to RE-Invest America
We were getting desperate. The bank was going to foreclose on us in three weeks. We used an agent to help us sell the home fast, but no luck as all the offers, except one, were bank financed, which would have taken too long. RE-Invest America made the only all-cash offer and we were able to close with them in under a week. They truly saved our butts.
